How long will my physiotherapy sessions be?

The treatment required and provided will depend on the individual and their condition. Typically the first visit (assessment) will take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Subsequent treatment sessions are more typically between 30 and 45 minutes in length.

Are the professionals at your clinic registered or certified?

Yes. All of our professionals are registered with their respective professional colleges. Their registration numbers are available at your request.

If my injury was caused by a motor vehicle accident (MVA) what information do you require for direct billing to my car insurance company?

In order to get you started on treatment, we do require some information about your automobile insurance. We have created a standard MVA Information Form outlining the information needed. You may complete this form and fax it in to us or simply provide the information over the phone.

Please note that MVA legislation requires that we bill your Extended Health Care (EHC) – if you have a plan - prior to billing the automobile insurance. The EHC information we require can be found on our EHC Information Form.

We recognize that the paperwork following an automobile accident can be quite overwhelming. Please ask our reception staff for assistance in your form completion if you are having difficulty.
